We reserved a table for supper before theatre. We went to the Parlour years ago, and I’m really glad we returned. The service was stellar, the food was incredible, the quantities were huge (!) and the selection was quite broad.
They seem to specialize in beef – prime rib, steaks, etc., but they have a lot of other stuff too. Great wine selection, and some nice beers.
The setting is lovely – an old English theme. The pub area is sunken in the middle of the eating area with big stuffy chairs and TV screens. It’s blocked off from the rest by a half wall. We didn’t eat there, but it sure was tempting. Our table was comfortable, and we felt private but not closed in.
When all was said and done, with a drink each, and even some extras on our meals, the tab for the two of us was only $123.
