We had both dinner and lunch the following day at the Parlour while in Stratford. Although we have been going to plays at Stratford for many years we never tried the Parlour before and that is too bad.
We ate on the patio which is very relaxed. Service was prompt and charming, and our meals were beyond expectation. Salads are very fresh and both a chicken dish and salmon were excellent. There is a good selection of local beers and wine is reasonably priced. The dinner menu is more varied and extensive than the lunch menu.
The Parlour Inn is a member of the Vintage Hotel group with the Prince of Wales, Queen’s Landing and Pillar-Post at Niagara on the Lake. It was very busy on Friday evening but not for lunch on Saturday.
We will definitely return on our next visit to Stratford.
